Codetree will show you the PR's associated with issues if you reference the issue in the PR via a comment.
Meaning, if you create the PR in GitHub and then write a comment/description saying, for example, "Addresses #21" then the PR will show in Codetree board view, underneath the issue. See screenshot below:
